Assalamualaikum! Hey everyone! It's been quite sometime since I last updated my blog. Technically, my schedule has been very busy with the upcoming final exam due early November 2012.
To those who didn't know, I furthered my studies by doing form 6 in my previous school CBN, Kuala Lumpur mainly on Business and Economy. So far, there have been significant changes in the Form 6 life incomparison to my previous years in CBN. Apart from being in a class of only 11 students including myself, teachers have been very sporting with our batch which is just amazing!
So, today I decided to drop in a few words to express my genuine interest in.... BAKING!!! Tadaaa...! Just as much as I love to cook, baking has always been one of the things that amuses me. Though it may sound trolling, but I've started baking ever since primary 4 but I never get too serious since I was at a young age at the time and my steps were limited.
Now that I am able to google things online for further infos on the best recepies before innovating my own ideas, and pick up cooking and baking stuffs off the shop rack myself, tasks are much easier to be done. I used to have such ample time to make Chocolate Chip Cookies and Cornflake Crunchies ( not sure what its commercial name is ) during my primary school years. Then came this one day where I decided to bring some of my Cornflake Crunchies to school frankly for my own benefits which in the end turns out becoming the treats for others and without any intention of selling it, my friends started to make orders for the month of Syawal. Candidly, I started out a small business amongst friends untill teachers too started making orders. So my business grew moderately but only for about several orders. Just like any other Syawal since I started baking, my Cornflake Crunchies has always been a hit and this year I decided to make quite a lot of it. In a few days, none was left.
Just recently, I thought I might wanna try something new and so I went google-ing, bloging and youtubing. After several days of looking up on recepies and deciding on what is best, I finally came to a conclusion to make Orea Truffles! And here it was...

My first attemp on Oreo Truffles! |
It was absolutely divine! Though it was ugly. ( Oh, come on! It was my first try! ) So I decided to bring to the class party held in school few weeks later where I made better looking ones. HAHAH. My friends, they all loved it. Some even placed orders. Technically speaking, I am back in business! Yeeehaa!

So, since baking and cooking became my new interest, I shall post up the modified recepies I acquire if I ever have the time to do so. Maybe I can even pick up orders from all of you readers. Let me know whether or not I should do so. Till then, Assalamualaikum! May peace be upon you! :)
